1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site operated independently of government. It does not hold official criminal records, conduct official background checks, retrieve records, or submit documents for visitors.

Its content identifies the Grundy County Sheriff, Circuit Court, Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS repository, and Missouri Sex Offender Registry as official custodians or systems. It may also connect visitors to third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Use automated bots or scrapers against site pages
• Harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten another person
• Use site content for credit, employment, housing, or insurance decisions

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create credit reports, consumer reports, or official background checks. Our advertising partners also do not offer linked tools for FCRA-covered screening. You agree that neither site data nor linked-tool data will be used to:

• Determine creditworthiness or insurance terms
• Make a hiring or termination decision
• Evaluate an applicant for a rental or other housing
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Carry out any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

A legally compliant check for a regulated purpose must come from an authorized official channel or a consumer reporting agency that complies with the FCRA. This site is not that channel.
